I got the Pro version through Airtel. I started using it thinking I could do whatever I wanted, as the Pro version has a much higher limit than the free one. Since Perplexity can access the internet in real time, I wanted to collect some questions. But after a certain number of questions, it started skipping and saying, “Continue up to Q. No. xxx–xxx.” I waited for more than 3 hours and finally got a reply saying it can't generate a PDF due to limitations. Just Wow.

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. Despite being a paid user, I was unable to view or download the images that were supposedly generated for me. The promised features did not work as expected, and there was no option to receive or download images in any alternative way. Customer support was not helpful in resolving the issue, and overall I found the service to be unreliable compared to other AI apps. Not recommended.

Great ai but some simple tasks are missed completely. Like a timer. It didn't start a timer, it counted down by itself, and failed. It also seems that the access ain't working, could be from my end though I guess but it has access to everything but can't make an entry in my calendars. It also confuses the language from time to time. I ask something in English and it responds in French. If these minor things are being fixed it's a solid 5 star.
