I was a regular customer of meesho. Even ordered almost 25 items from them on one go for my room decor. However, had an issue with the delivery of one items, I was really sad to see how they responded to their regular customer and their issues. Customer service is horrible. I feel the products and prices are what makes the app worth using. Otherwise, I have never experienced such a negative customer service from a top website. Really saddened, now I'll think 10 times before before ordering.

Meesho is one of the best shopping apps I've come across! Most of the products available here are priced much lower than other online platforms, making it a great option for budget-friendly shopping. terrible service.my order is still not delivered even after multiple requests. it is showing that your order will be delivered in the next 24 hours since 11 Aug and no attempt to deliver the order is made, it was shown on the app that the product will be delivered by 15 Aug. I haven't been contacted by the delivery team even by 15 Aug. On top of that, several of my prepaid orders got canceled automatically,and when I attempted to order again , they raised the price. This is how Meesho Scams work
