I’ve had a disappointing experience with this shipping site. The delivery dates are always shown as much longer than expected, and in reality, it often takes 10–15 days for an order to arrive. Sometimes, the order even gets canceled by them without any explanation. This makes it very unreliable, especially if you are ordering a dress for a festival, wedding, or any important occasion. You just cant depend on them to deliver on time. Definitely not recommended if you need items by a specific date

Before placing an order, the app usually gives kinda warning that your returns are more than average "ajio" returns. Some products look different in real life and overall look differs from person to person. If I don't like the fit, am I supposed to just keep it? In online shopping this is very common I suppose, so returning of clothes shouldn't be a big deal.

The app is good, but have issue with the return pick up. I have put the return request since last month, but I am receiving messages of fake pick up. I have kept the packet with security. No one is coming for pickup but receiving messages mentioning that we couldn't pick up the packet as you were not home. I called customer care and informed them all this, but instead of taking action on them or focussing on picking up the product, they are just calling me every alternate date to extend date
